Deutsche Bank: new managing director for Americas M&A.
(CercleFinance.com) - Deutsche Bank today announced the appointment of Jeff Vergamini as managing director at the investment bank's mergers and acquisitions (M&A) branch, focused on advising industrial clients.
Vergamini joins Deutsche Bank from J.P. Morgan, where he advised clients on a significant number of M&A transactions. He will be based in Chicago and report to Charlie Dupree, Americas head of M&A.
Vergamini is the third managing director Deutsche Bank has announced who it has hired for Americas M&A since March.
