Adecco: launches 7 billion yen notes
(CercleFinance.com) - Swiss staffing group Adecco is issuing 7 billion yens (approximately 56 million euros) worth of senior fixed-rate notes, with a coupon of 1.
14%.
The company said in a statement on Wednesday that the proceeds from the notes - which will mature in April 2039 - will be used for general corporate purposes.
Adecco is currently rated "Baa1" by Moody's and "BBB+" by Standard & Poor's.
