Nestlé: JPMorgan apparently consulted for sale of Yinlu Food
(CercleFinance.com) - This morning Bloomberg reported that Nestlé appears to have asked JPMorgan to help it complete the sale of Yinlu Foods in China.
In particular Yinlu Foods produces porridge and jointly manufactures ready-to-drink Nescafé coffee in China.
According to Bloomberg, the group will keep a small stake in Yinlu Foods. The valuation of Yinlu Foods could reach a billion dollars, broker Aurel BGC says.
