Nestlé: BlackRock raises stake to 5.01%
(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager BlackRock has raised its stake in Swiss food giant Nestlé to 5.

The filing did not say from what level BlackRock's stake had risen to cross the 5% threshold, which obliges shareholders to disclose their holdings, but data showed BlackRock earlier held a stake of 4.96%.
BlackRock said that it crossed the threshold after it received shares as repos and/or collateral.
