Nestlé: Oddo downgrades to neutral.
(CercleFinance.com) - Oddo has downgraded its rating on the Nestlé stock to neutral (vs.
buy), with a target price of 80 euros, due to an expected fall in the group's H1 margin.
The group will publish its H1 results before the market opens on 27
July. "Nestlé's H1 results will be marked by a decline in the group's
operating margin at constant exchange rates, which has not happened
since H1 2012" the broker says.
The broker's analysts prefer to wait for the group's investor seminar in September, at which the group will give information on its medium-term strategy (disposals, capex, etc.) before revising their rating.
