Geberit: share down on analyst's comments
(CercleFinance.com) - The Geberit share is down around 1% in Zurich today, while Oddo BHF has begun to monitor the share of the manufacturer of sanitary parts and related systems, with a "reduce" rating.
In light of the group's outlook and the share's current valuation, which is already very demanding, the broker has a target price of 431 Swiss francs (downside potential of about 7%).
Many of the best-in-class assets are validated at Geberit, although its sales growth is stalling, and improvements in margins are unlikely to facilitate EPS growth of over 5% p.a. over the period, the analyst says.
