Logitech: board member Panayotopoulos resigns
(CercleFinance.com) - Swiss computer accessory maker Logitech said that its board member Dimitri Panayotopoulos had resigned with immediate effect, due to personal reasons.
He had been a non-executive member of Logitech's board of directors since 2014 and served on the company's compensation committee.
A retired vice-chairman of Procter & Gamble, Panayotopoulos holds multiple positions in different companies, including board member of cigarette maker British American Tobacco.
