Logitech: acquisition of Astro Gaming has been closed.
(CercleFinance.com) - Logitech has closed the acquisition of Astro Gaming, a US maker of headsets for video game users, the Swiss computer mouse maker said late Friday.
The company first announced the deal in July.
Logitech explains that it has decided to invest in an adjacent gaming market - the console gaming market.
