Dufry: BlackRock raises stake
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, the world's leading asset manager, said on Monday that it had increased its stake in Dufry, to a current level of 3.
25% of the company's voting rights.
A previous financial notice from the Swiss stock exchange authorities showed that BlackRock had a stake of 2.88%.
Dufry - a specialist in travel retail - has been hit head-on by the crisis in the aviation sector and has seen its market capitalisation crumble 66% since the beginning of the year.
Its share - which is currently up only slightly (+0.3% at 11:30 am in Zurich) - has however jumped by 20% over the past month.
