Dufry: completes delisting from Brazilian stock market
(CercleFinance.com) - Swiss travel retailer said on Friday it has completed the delisting of its shares from the Brazilian stock market.
Following the termination of its Brazilian Depositary Receipt (BDR) program on November 27, Brazilian authorities have approved the group's deregistration as a foreign issuer, it said.
This was last step required for the completion of Dufry's delisting from the Brazilian stock market, Dufry noted.
