Dufry: to delist from Brazilian stockmarket
(CercleFinance.com) - Swiss travel retailer Dufry said on Thursday that it would delist its shares from the Brazilian Stock Exchange.
The company said that it has filed a request to cancel its registration as a foreign issuer with the Brazilian Securities Commission (Comissao de Valores Mobiliarios).
This move is the last step required for the completion of Dufry's delisting from the Brazilian market, it said.
