Dufry: upsizes debt offering to 800 million euros.
(CercleFinance.com) - Just two days after Dufry said it was planning to raise 500 million euros through a debt offering, the Swiss travel retailer said that this issue has been increased to 800 million euros.
The senior notes that have a maturity of seven years will pay an annual interest rate of 2.5 percent, with interest payable semi-annually, the firm said.
Proceeds are intended to be used to redeem an existing 500 million euros debt issue due in 2022 and to reduce the group's bank debt, Dufry added.
