Swiss Life: merges two subsidiaries in France
(CercleFinance.com) - Swiss Life announces the merger between Swiss Life Asset Management (France), which is specialised in securities investment, and Swiss Life REIM (France), a specialist in real estate asset management, to create “Swiss Life Asset Managers France.

This merger took place on 1 April, with retroactive effect from 1 January. The new structure will have a workforce of 250 and will have total assets under management of over 50 billion euros in France.
The deal comes as part of Swiss Life Asset Managers' "Swiss Life 2021" strategic plan, which aims to reach 100 billion Swiss francs in assets under management on behalf of third parties.
