Swiss Life: major investment in Tessin.
(CercleFinance.com) - According to several local media sources, Swiss Life is planning to make an investment of 75 million Swiss francs in the canton of Ticino (Italian-speaking Switzerland).
This sum will be devoted to the construction of a new neighborhood in Massagnon, near Lugano.
The project consists of 167 accommodation units scattered over 3 buildings, in addition to a public area of 10,000 square metres. It is scheduled for completion in 2020.
