ABB: invests in Turgi site
(CercleFinance.com) - ABB has announced that it is investing around 40 million Swiss francs in new research and development facilities and office space at its largest site in Switzerland in Turgi, in the canton of Aargau.
"The investment will enable ABB to strengthen its position in a number of high-growth areas while also enabling the company to expand its innovation capabilities," the engineering group explained.
The new multifunctional building, which will be built by 2024, will meet the highest standards in energy efficiency and employee collaboration. Construction is set to begin in the spring of 2021.
