LafargeHolcim: issues hybrid bond
(CercleFinance.com) - On Friday LafargeHolcim announced the successful issue of a perpetual hybrid bond of 500 million euros, bearing an initial fixed coupon of 3%, with a mandatory period of non-redemption of five years and three months.
Earlier this week, the cement maker recorded the results of an offer on three sets of bonds, denominated in euros, with interest rates of 4.75% to 5.875% and maturing between July 2019 and March 2020. Both these issues reduce LafargeHolcim's financial costs.
