LafargeHolcim: closes divestment of Holcim Indonesia
(CercleFinance.com) - LafargeHolcim has announced that it has completed the sale to Semen Indonesia of its entire 80.
6% stake in Holcim Indonesia, for an enterprise value of 1.75 billion dollars, on a 100% basis.
As a reminder, the assets sold include all the building materials manufacturer's activities in Indonesia, i.e. four cement plants, 33 ready-mix concrete plants and two aggregate quarries.
"The proceeds from this transaction significantly improve the Net debt to Recurring EBITDA ratio by 0.2 with the target of 2 times or less to be achieved by the end of 2019," the Franco-Swiss group added.
