Clariant: head of additives business promoted to CFO
(CercleFinance.com) - Swiss specialty chemicals maker Clariant on Wednesday named internal candidate Stephan Lynen as its next CFO, promoting the current head of its additives business to a post that will be vacated after the departure Patrick Jany.
Stephan Lynen, aged 49 and who has worked for the company for over 20 years in various international management roles, will be appointed CFO as of 1 April, Clariant said.
He will succeed Patrick Jany, who has decided to take on the role of CFO at A.P. Moller-Maersk, the Danish shipping services company.
