Clariant: shareholders reelect board members
(CercleFinance.com) - The shareholders of Swiss chemicals group Clariant have approved all the resolutions proposed by the board of directors at today's annual general meeting in Basel, the company said.
All board members have been reelected for one year by a large majority, as was the board's chairman, with shareholders also approving a dividend payment of 0.55 Swiss franc per share.
The meeting was attended by 459 shareholders and shareholder representatives which accounted for around 70.1% of the group's share capital, Clariant said.
