Adecco: completes capital reduction plan
(CercleFinance.com) - Swiss staffing group Adecco said on Thursday that it has completed its capital reduction plan.
The HR company said that it has cancelled 220,000 shares acquired under a share buyback program that was completed in March 2019.
At its annual general meeting in April, shareholders approved the cancellation of these treasury shares and the corresponding reduction of the share capital.
