Adecco: BlackRock raises stake to 5.08%
(CercleFinance.com) - After an acquisition of collateral, US asset manager BlackRock has raised its stake in Adecco to 5.
08%, the Swiss staffing group said on Friday.
BlackRock did not disclose its previous stake before it crossed the 5% threshold, which obliges shareholders to disclose their holdings, but data showed that BlackRock previously held 4.92% of the company's voting rights.
BlackRock also informed Adecco that it holds a sale position of 0.11% on its stock.
