Adecco: shareholders approve dividend payment
(CercleFinance.com) - Shareholders of Swiss staffing group Adecco on Thursday approved a cash dividend payment of 2.
50 Swiss francs for the financial year 2017, up 4% from 2016, the company said.
At the group's AGM in Lausanne yesterday, shareholders also elected all board members who stood for re-election, as well as the newly proposed member, former KPMG executive Regula Wallimann, for a term of one year.
Group shareholders further approved the proposed remuneration for the board and executive committee, and all other items on the agenda.
