Adecco: buys US-based life sciences specialist BioBridges.
(CercleFinance.com) - Swiss recruitment group Adecco has bought Boston-based BioBridges to bolster its capabilities in the field of professional solutions for life sciences in the US, it said late on Wednesday.
Founded in 2005, BioBridges manages the careers of highly skilled professionals in the biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
Adecco said the transaction is going to strengthen its professional solutions footprint, while establishing a US platform to enhance its global life sciences presence.
Although the terms of the transaction have not been disclosed, BioBridges' revenues are expected to reach approximately 35 million dollars in 2017.
