Credit Suisse: TSB chairman proposed as new board member
(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Suisse's board of directors on Monday said that it will nominate Richard Meddings, the chairman of the British bank TSB, for election to the board at the annual general meeting on 30 April.
The financial expert, who has over 30 years' experience as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse, before starting his banking career at Hill Samuel Bank in corporate finance in 1984.
In addition to his role as chairman at TSB, Meddings currently serves as a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee at Her Majesty's Treasury.
