Credit Suisse: to merge InvestLab platform with Allfunds
(CercleFinance.com) - Credit Suisse is merging its third party investment fund platform InvestLab with Allfunds, the world's largest institutional fund distribution network, the Swiss investment bank said on Tuesday.
The deal includes the transfer of all its shares in InvestLab, with Credit Suisse set to become a minority shareholder of up to 18% in the new platform.
The combined business will create a global fund distribution platform with assets under administration of over 570 billion Swiss francs, CS said in a statement.
Credit Suisse plans to use the new platform to distribute mutual funds and ETFs, it said.
