Roche: new clinical trials in multiple sclerosis
(CercleFinance.com) - Roche has announced the initiation of an innovative Phase III clinical trial program for its investigational drug fenebrutinib in multiple sclerosis, covering both the relapsing and primary-progressive forms of the disease.
It also reports on a Phase III clinical trial program involving a higher dose of Ocrevus, and a separate trial of Ocrevus specifically for Afro-American, Hispanic and Latin American MS patients.
The Swiss health group will present these different trials and their scientific rationale at MSVirtual2020, the eighth joint meeting of ACTRIMS and ECTRIMS, which will be held from 11-13 September.
