Syngenta: to delist ADS from New York Stock Exchange
(CercleFinance.com) - Syngenta intends to voluntarily delist its American Depositary Shares from the New York Stock Exchange, the Swiss agrochemicals maker said on Thursday.
Last week, the firm said that it would delist its shares from the SIX Swiss Exchange on Monday 8 January.
The long-awaited process follows Syngenta's merger with Chinese peer ChemChina, which was completed last summer.
Following the cancellation of all publicly held registered shares of Syngenta, ChemChina's CNAC Saturn will own 100% of all outstanding registered shares of Syngenta.
