Syngenta: towards the delisting of shares in Zurich.
(CercleFinance.com) - Syngenta's request for the delisting of its shares from the SIX Swiss Exchange has been approved by regulators, the Swiss agrichemicals company said on Friday.
The last trading day for the shares and the effective date of the delisting will be determined after a final judgment regarding the cancellation of the remaining publicly held shares, the firm said.
This cancellation process was initiated by ChemChina, which completed the acquisition of Syngenta last summer.
