EBIT increased by 15.5% y-o-y to 744.6 million Swiss francs (from 644.9 million Swiss francs). This resulted in an EBIT margin of 15.0% (vs. 14.1% in 2021), while net profit reached 569.7 million Swiss francs (vs. 490.5 million Swiss francs).
Free cash flow was 526.1 million Swiss francs, with its cash margin reaching 10.6%.
Over the medium and long term, the company expects organic growth of 6% to 8% p.a. and a 20 to 40 basis point annual improvement in its operating margin. Lindt & Sprüngli says that it is sticking to these targets for 2023.
