Sika: acquisition in Turkey.
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday Sika announced the acquisition of ABC Sealants, a Turkish company specialising in coatings and adhesives.
This acquisition will enable the Swiss group to strengthen its position in Turkey, from which it also serves Africa and markets in the Middle East.
The financial terms of this deal were not disclosed.
