Bombardier: wins UK train contract.
(CercleFinance.com) - Canadian aircraft and train maker Bombardier has won a contract to supply 333 new vehicles to be used in the West Midlands of the UK for about 724 million dollars (614 million euros).
Bombardier has signed a contract with Corelink Rail Infrastructure - a joint venture between Deutsche Asset Management and Infracapital - and West Midlands Trains, together with a maintenance and support services contract.
As a reminder, Bombardier will hold its annual investor and analyst day in New York City on Thursday 14 December.
