Bombardier: sells 3 pre-owned Q400 to PassionAir
(CercleFinance.com) - Bombardier Group today announces the placement of three pre-owned Q400 turboprop aircraft to the airline PassionAir in the Republic of Ghana.
PassionAir bought these aircraft as part of a lease without crew from a third party. It will operate its three Q400 78-seat aircraft on domestic routes.
David Speirs, Vice President, Asset Management, Bombardier Commercial Aircraft said, “Bombardier has sold about 3,500 new regional aircraft to date, and we continue to be very active on the used aircraft market. Our recent momentum on the pre-owned aircraft market worldwide is a clear indication that our products are addressing a growing need for regional air transportation, especially in emerging markets.”
