Bombardier: train order of 585 million euros from SNCF.
(CercleFinance.com) - Bombardier Transportation, the rail equipment division of Canada's Bombardier, said on Friday that it has received an order for 83 train sets from the SNCF, France's national railway operator.
The deal is worth about 585 million euros (620 million dollars).
These new trains are scheduled to be commissioned at the end of 2019, on Line N from Paris Montparnasse station, as well as on sections of the RER D line.
