Blackberry: appoints former US Air Force exec on board
(CercleFinance.com) - BlackBerry has named Lisa Disbrow, a former executive of the US Air Force, on its board of directors on Monday.
Recruited by the US Air Force after graduating from college in 1985, Lisa Disbrow specialised in military intelligence and operational planning, participating in the "Desert Storm" Operation.
Her arrival will bring the number of directors to nine, including eight independent members.
BlackBerry also announced on Monday the integration of its BlackBerry Radar localisation application into the software platform MyGeotab to help fleet managers optimise their assets.
