Umicore: GBL crosses 15% threshold
(CercleFinance.com) - Belgian holding company GBL has increased its stake in Umicore to above the threshold of 15%, now holding 18.
62% of the Belgian metals and speciality materials company's shares and voting rights, the group said on Tuesday.
Separately, on Monday, Norges Bank notified Umicore that it had crossed the statutory threshold of 3%, holding 3.11% of Umicore's shares and voting rights.
