Umicore: Norges Bank raises stake to 3.1 percent
(CercleFinance.com) - Norway's central bank, Norges Bank, has raised its stake in Belgium's Umicore to 3.
11%, the maker of electric vehicle batteries said on Friday.
Umicore said Norges Bank's stake had risen above the 3% threshold which obliges shareholders to disclose their holdings.
The central bank informed Umicore that it now owns 7,663,845 voting rights, the company said in a statement.
