(CercleFinance.com) - Anheuser-Busch InBev has completed the pricing of a 15.
5 billion dollar-denominated bond, the global brewing giant said on Friday.
The notes - which have maturity dates between 2025 and 2059 - will be used to repay upcoming debt maturities in 2021 to 2024 and 2026, the company said.
The offering is scheduled to close on 23 January, it added.
