5% stake in Coca-Cola Beverages Africa to Coca-Cola for a total of 3.1 billion dollars.
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa was formed in 2016 through the combination of the African non-alcohol ready-to-drink bottling interests of Coca-Cola and SABMiller, which has been taken over by AB InBev.
