Ontex: agreement for new credit facilities.
(CercleFinance.com) - Ontex Group has announces concluding an agreement with banks for new credit facilities totaling 900 million euros, including a term loan of 600 million euros and a revolving credit of 300 million euros.
The new term loan will be used to refinance existing ones and the revolving credit will be used for general corporate purposes, acquisitions and the reimbursement of the existing group bond of 250 million euros.
The Belgian group of hygiene products explained that it has received the support of a group of 16 international banks, "confirming its strengthened financial position since its IPO in June 2014".
