bpost: BlackRock now holds 2.86% of voting rights
(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager BlackRock has a stake of just below three percent of bpost, the Belgian postal operator said on Monday.
This disclosure was made after BlackRock's holding fell below the 3% threshold, at which such disclosures are mandatory in accordance with the Belgian Law.
BlackRock now holds 2.86% of bpost's voting rights, the group said.
