(CercleFinance.com) - Belgian postal company bpost has agreed to acquire US-based and unlisted Radial for an enterprise value of 820 million dollars, as part of its expansion into e-commerce.
In 2016, Radial - headquartered in Pennsylvania - has delivered over 306 million units for its retail customers, across 24 fulfillment centers, bpost said.
bpost said hundreds of brands partner with Radial, which is known for its omnichannel solutions, intelligent fraud protection, and personalized customer care services.
The transaction is expected to close in the last quarter of 2017.
