(CercleFinance.com) - bpost said on Friday that US money manager BlackRock's stake exceeded 3.
1% as of 8 August, with this threshold being crossed requiring a notification, in accordance with Belgian law.
In a first notification on 7 August, BlackRock said it increased its holding and it exceeded the 3% threshold of voting rights in bpost, holding 3.01% of the voting rights.
In a second notification on 8 August, BlackRock said it increased its holding in bpost, with 3.13% of the voting rights.
bpost shares fell sharply last week, on the back of disappointing quarterly results.
