Ageas: BlackRock reduces stake to below 5 percent
(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager BlackRock has reduced its stake in Belgian insurance group Ageas to just below 5 percent, according to a transparency notification on Friday.
In accordance with financial rules, BlackRock informed Ageas that, on 4 December, its stake has fallen below the statutory threshold of 5 percent, with the US asset manager currently holding 4.98 percent of Ageas' capital.
