(CercleFinance.com) - US asset manager BlackRock has raised its stake in ageas to 5.
08%, the Belgian insurance group said on Wednesday.
In doing so, BlackRock has crossed the 5% threshold that obliges shareholders to disclose their holdings, ageas noted.
BlackRock now holds about 10.3 million voting rights of the company, the company said in a statement.
