Ageas: Schroders stake falls below 5%
(CercleFinance.com) - British asset manager Schroders now has a stake of just under 5% of Ageas, the Belgian financial group said on Monday.
The disclosure was made after Schroders' holding fell under the 5% threshold, at which such disclosures are mandatory.
Schroders now has 9,916,600 voting rights in Ageas, representing a 4.88% stake in the group, according to a filing on Monday.
