Ageas: Schroders has 5% stake
(CercleFinance.com) - Schroders has a 5% stake in Ageas, according to a regulatory filing issued on Friday.
According to the notification, on 5 February the British fund manager owned 10,475,160 voting rights of the Belgian insurance group, making it the group's second largest shareholder behind China's Ping An Life.
