Ageas: Schroders' stake falls below 5% threshold
(CercleFinance.com) - British fund manager Schroders has a stake of just under 5% of Ageas after a sale of part of its holding, the Belgian insurer said on Wednesday.
The disclosure was made after Schroders' holding fell under the 5% threshold, at which such disclosures are mandatory, Ageas said.
On 4 January, Schroders had 10,071,541 voting rights, representing a 4.81% stake in the group's capital, according to the filing.
