(CercleFinance.com) - Ageas said last Friday that Norway's central bank, Norges Bank, has taken a stake, now controlling 3.
12% of the Belgian insurance group's voting rights, as of 25 August.
Ageas said that the threshold of 3% has now been crossed.
The stake is now worth about 256 million euros, based on the group's current market capitalisation.
