Ageas: buys back 9.2 million euros of its own shares.
(CercleFinance.com) - Belgian insurance group Ageas said on Tuesday that it had bought back 9.
2 million euros worth of its own shares between 19 and 23 June.
Ageas purchased 257,421 shares on NYSE Euronext Brussels at an average price of 35.67 euros each.
Since the start of the share buy-back programme in August 2016, Ageas has bought back 6.2 million of its shares, totalling 218.8 million euros, which corresponds to 2.9% of total shares in issue.
