Umicore: two-for-one share split effective on Monday.
(CercleFinance.com) - Umicore said on Friday the two-for-one share split agreed at a shareholders meeting on 7 September will be effective as from Monday 16 October.
As a result, the Belgian speciality materials group's capital will be now represented by 224 million shares, with each share having one voting right, the company said.
